I had a great stay with a spacious room and awesome indoor/outdoor pool. The food selection was excellent, particularly at the bar. Definitely considering a return visit!

The heated pool was great, but retrieving lost bags was stressful.

Just a balanced option for a momentary visit in Kansas City with great value-to-price ratio. The breakfast buffet was delicious with excellent service from the staff. Try to get a higher floor for a better view.

i really enjoyed my stay at the sheraton. the room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. i asked for a featherless room, and they happily obliged. the on-site restaurant served delicious food. plus, it was close to the trolley, making it easy to explore the area. the porter was really nice and helpful, too.

This hotel suits me perfectly with lovely amenities like a fitness center, heated swimming pool, and restaurant. The 24-hour reception made my early check-in smooth. The porter was also very helpful.

The service was amazing! We had a beautiful view from our room. The staff was always there to help when needed and the amenities were pretty solid too, really enjoyed the fitness center.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable.

I recently stayed for 2 nights and was blown away by the breathtaking views of the city, especially at night. The staff made our experience enjoyable with their attentive and friendly service. The room was spacious and clean, providing a perfect retreat after busy days exploring. My only minor issue was with the pool area, which could use some maintenance.

Fine, fine, fine

The views from the 40th floor were amazing! I felt like I was on top of the world, overlooking a sparkling city skyline that lit up beautifully at night. Plus, the heated outdoor pool was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after exploring nearby attractions.

My family stayed in a Guest room with 2 Queens. The room was spacious, and the beds were super comfy. The bathroom was clean, and everything felt pretty modern. Night views of the city were stunning! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for relaxation.

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with very friendly staff, which makes the experience enjoyable. However, the check-in process was cumbersome, and the room had some maintenance issues, such as a shower that wouldn’t get hot and keys that frequently stopped working.
